CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a thunderstorm in the area, you are allowed to cancel your reservation without penalty and we will gladly reschedule you for another day if you so desire. Otherwise, you MUST give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation. If notice comes in less than 48 hours before the start of your rental, we reserve the right to charge you the full rental rate. Our rentals are in high demand and we often have to turn people away, so please do your best to honor your appointment.
Hwy 66 Motorsports Inc. shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the operation and/or rental of the rental equipment. Lessee must accept all responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or to the rental equipment for the duration of the rental.
Lessee agrees to pay Hwy 66 Motorsports Inc. for any loss of or damages to said rental equipment incurred while in the custody of the Lessee. Lessee agrees to assume liabilities for any and all damages to personal property including damages caused by fire, water or collision. If damages occur to said rental equipment during the rental, there will be a minimum fee of $375.00 on date of damage.
