The Brand newFlyboard foot jetpack system is the next generation , which introduced the world to the concept of water-propelled jetpacks in 2012. The Flyboard system will include the following components:
- 55' “infinite-swivel” hose
- Universal connector to attach to virtually all jet ski models (Kit attaches to several models of Yamaha, Sea Doo, and Kawasaki personal watercraft in minutes.)

Operation of any watercraft and/or thrill experience equipment can be dangerous even when practiced under ideal circumstances. Operator error, component failure, adverse weather conditions or sheer bad luck can in any circumstances result in injury or death. Every person purchasing or using an Aquaflyer or Aquaboard (“device”), whether directly or indirectly from Hwy 66 Motorsports Inc., is warned that operation of the device may pose risks different from the use of other watercraft. The Purchaser of these devices must ensure that the device is fully inspected upon delivery and before every use thereafter. Likewise, the Purchaser must ensure that the Purchaser, and any other user, is in adequate health to use the device safely and that the area, weather, density of traffic, swimmers, or spectators, and all other circumstances are suitable for operating the device. Jetlev can offer guidance and advice, but the final responsibility for the use of the device rests solely with the Purchaser or other user who operates the device at his or her own risk.

In designing and manufacturing the Aquaflyer and the Aquaboard, Jetlev’s goal has been to create an exciting but safe activity unlike any other, that will allow the user to experience the thrill of flight in a safe and confident way. However, the use of any such thrill device is a high risk activity which may cause or result in serious injury or death. By purchasing the device, you have accepted the risks that are inherent in flight and operation of the equipment. You may reduce (but not eliminate) the risk by following the procedures set forth in the Operator’s Guide, and by following the basic safety requirements.
PURCHASER HEREBY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE USE OF THE AQUAFLYER OR AQUABOARD INVOLVES RISK WHICH MAY CAUSE OR RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH, EVEN WHEN USING PROPERLY FUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT.
